Will my order make it before Christmas?

In an extraordinary year unlike anything else we have seen, it can only be expected that there will be parcel delays throughout Australia's postal network during this holiday season. Delivery estimates vary depending on your location, therefore the following dates have been provided as a guide to ensure your order will make it to your address by Christmas. Orders shipped after the below dates may not make it to your address on time, however we will try our best to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible. 

Regular parcel post: Saturday 12th December

Express parcel post: Saturday 19th December

Local delivery: Wednesday 23rd December

For local delivery orders, our team will be personally delivering your order Thursday 24th December (Christmas Eve), to ensure you receive your order just in time to put under the tree. 

All orders include a free card with a personalised message. Please include the message for your card in the special instructions for seller box during checkout. Alternatively, if you would like a card included with your order, send us an email with your order number and a copy of your message.
