Return and Refund Policy

If your rose bear is faulty or damaged, you must notify Rose Bears Australia within 24 hours of delivery. Any claims received later than 24 hours after delivery will be rejected. To be eligible for a return, the rose bear must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. Please send an email via our Contact Form regarding the faulty rose bear, including photos and appropriate documentation. The handmade nature of our rose bear makes them each distinct and unique. Depending on the outcome of the return/refund application, a partial or full refund will be issued. In the case of a return, a replacement may be shipped out. All refunds are issued to your original payment method, where an item is deemed faulty or damaged. No returns or refunds will be issued for change of mind purchases or orders purchased via pre-order. If you have purchased an incorrect colour for an item, contact our team to change your order. No returns or refunds will be issued where an order has not arrived by an expected date or where delivery of your item has been delayed by the shipping carrier. 
Return shipping expenses are non-refundable and at the buyer's expense.
