We typically respond to any enquiries between 12-48 hours of contacting us! Our Live Chat is the quickest way to get in touch with us, however if one of our staff members are not available, we will follow your inquiry up via email as soon as posisble.
We accept all major credit cards, Paypal, Afterpay and accepted cryptocurrency through Coinbase for our rose bear purchases.
All of our rose bears are made of a lightweight and non-toxic soft styrofoam material. It is even allowed and safe to bring into most hospitals.
We are situated in Wollongong, Australia. We complete all processing and shipping from here, and all packages arrive Australia wide within 2 weeks.
All Australian orders receive free shipping, with no minimum spend required.
All International orders are $40.
Orders will be processed in 1 business day. Shipping time will typically take 1-2 weeks.

We deliver all of our rose bears on business days (Monday-Friday). For special events and holidays, we deliver on weekends to meet high demands. For orders local to us in the Sydney, Illawarra and South Coast regions, our courier team will deliver your rose bear, hence there will be no tracking information supplied.
The rose bear is made to last and look like it does on the first day you receive it. The rose bear is a delicate handmade gift and should be kept in the clear gift box that each bear comes with.Your rose bear should be handled gently, as it is indeed an art piece. Use a hairdryer on the lowest speed on cool setting to remove dust. Keep your rose bear away from direct sunlight to prevent discolouration, or fading. Avoid contact with water to prolong the rose bear.
Due to the delicate nature of our rose bears, some of the roses may be flattened due to shipping. Using a hairdryer on the cool setting with lowest speed, lightly fluff and squeeze the roses to its original shape.
Our rose bears are highly delicate, and due to rough handling or shipping methods, some may fall out. In order to remediate this, use a hot glue gun or super glue to stick any rose back on.
Restock time will vary depending on the out of stock product. For urgent enquiries, please get in touch with our team.
All sales are final. The handmade nature of our rose bears makes them each distinct and unique. If your package was damaged during delivery due to an issue during shipping with the post office - please email us proper documentation that it arrived at the post office damaged - and we can discuss a partial refund or a replacement to be shipped out. All refunds are issued to your original payment method, where an item is deemed faulty or damaged.
Our gift boxes are available to purchase separately to our rose bears. If a gift box is purchased with no rose bear order from us, then a $12.95 shipping fee will be charged to cover fees associated with shipping and branding.
We have a right to refund gift box only purchases where the customer has not purchased a rose bear from us, as our gift boxes include our personalised branding.
